Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Unqualified app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Vinay Bomma (collectively, the "Application"). Vinay Bomma is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".

The Application may collect information when you download and use it, including your device's Internet Protocol address, pages visited, dates and times of visits, time spent using the Application, and your mobile operating system.

Unqualified is designed for offline, single-player play. Game progress is stored on your device. The Service Provider may use third-party services for analytics, purchases, notifications, advertising, and service delivery.

To improve the game, the Application may record anonymized session replays (screen interactions within the Application) through PostHog. Text you type is masked and is not recorded. Approximate location (country and city) may be derived from your IP address for analytics.

On Android, free players can choose to watch an optional rewarded ad (a "sponsor deal") in exchange for a bonus free run. Ads are never shown automatically and are not shown for careers you have purchased. Ads are provided by Google AdMob, which may collect your device's advertising identifier, IP address, and ad interaction data to deliver ads, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud. The Application requests non-personalized ads only. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. The Application or its third-party SDKs may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to support functionality, analytics, purchases, or service delivery. Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider will obtain consent before using non-essential tracking technologies.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by the Service Provider. To exercise these rights, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, contact the Service Provider at itsvinaybomma@gmail.com.

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and receive non-discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights. The Application uses third-party services that have their own privacy policies:

The Service Provider or its third-party service providers may transfer personal data to countries outside your country of residence. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, the Service Provider will use appropriate mechanisms, including Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, or consent where required and legally permitted.

The Service Provider retains personal data only as necessary for the stated purposes, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcing agreements. The Service Provider uses reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information it processes and maintains.

The Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date and, where required by law, consent will be requested before they take effect.
